A passion for both property and people led Greg into Real Estate in the mid 1980’s. Greg’s background in the industry includes commercial and industrial leasing and sales, investment, and residential property sales. Together with running his own successful company for the last 17 years and implementing the legal, financial, technical, and statutory obligations that are required in today’s professional real estate industry.

Understandably over this time he has seen many property cycles and Greg knows just how to react, how to target properties to attract the right buyers, what mediums of advertising to use and how to act and change quickly dependent on market conditions.
